As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating B2B sales and developing consistent, long-term partnerships with our wholesale customers. You will be the embodiment of the Humboldt Farms brand and ensure that our story is authentically told and our products accurately represented. On a day-to-day basis you will be reaching out to businesses of all sizes within your territory, educating buyers and bud-tenders on our quality products, and cultivating/maintaining systems of support for existing customers. You will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, staying educated on current cannabis trends and legislature, and creating symbiotic relationships to bolster the success of both Humboldt Farms and our dispensary partners.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Landing and developing partnerships, understanding needs, and proactively supporting and growing accounts.
Clearly communicating the value of Humboldt Farms products and partnership opportunities.
Placing and tracking client orders, and following up appropriately.
Must be familiar with and abide by Company policies surrounding processing and delivering orders and be able to effectively communicate these to accounts.
Serving as a liaison with clients regarding offerings and product launches.
Scheduling partnership events including (but not limited to) demo days, patient appreciation days, and budtender education.
Using discretion as to whether to be present or arrange for coverage by Brand Ambassador.
Acting as the ultimate point of escalation for resolution of all issues that arise with assigned retailers.
Utilizing data-driven decision-making to identify upsell opportunities and improve profit margins and customer satisfaction.
Prioritizing initiatives based on analysis of market and assigned accounts therein.
Bringing feedback from the field to the Sales Director and to share at Sales Team meetings.
Know and understand regulations that pertain to cannabis distribution and retailers.
What You'll Need
1-2 years experience in B2C or B2B sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting monthly/quarterly quotas
Knowledge of cannabis industry, products and language (desired)
Enterprising attitude — willing to go the distance to close sales and exceed targets
Ability to analyze the needs of clients and strategically deliver on them
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly recognize and offer comprehensive solutions depending on various customer needs
Demonstrated self-management skills — ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while remaining punctual and well-organized
Dedication and desire to provide exceptional customer service

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
