As Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our offices’ day-to-day operations are running smoothly and that our team is supported with administrative help. You will be key in cultivating a workspace that is comfortable, creative, carefully-organized and positive for all. You should be industrious, service-oriented and able to assist others while empowering them to be accountable and autonomous.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage all aspects of the daily functions of the offices including but not limited to: reception, shipping and receiving, ordering supplies, intaking and filing paperwork.
Support our departments by being the trusted go-to person for office-related questions and needs.
Partner with the HR Administrator on employee experience and how to ensure our family feels loved and appreciated.
Partner with the Compliance Officer to make sure our offices and files are organized properly in accordance to regulatory requirements from the various State Departments.
Be on the lookout for organizational systems or materials that would improve the flow and efficiency of our offices.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, building landlord and handyman.
Be the first point of contact for all visitors — confirm appointments, ensure the Visitor Log is signed and distribute Visitor Passes.
Organize and maintain a clean and inviting workspace.
Hold employees accountable on following office policies and protocols in partnership with HR/Compliance departments.
What You'll Need
Demonstrable Office Management or Administrative experience
Ability to fully own projects and processes
A willingness to proactively identify, own and resolve issues around the office
Excellent customer service and communication skills — someone who likes working with others and creating a positive work environment
Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills and an interest in office aesthetics
Solid time-management skills — ability to work on several projects at once
A collaborative, enthusiastic attitude
Technologically savvy — experience with Google Suite, Dropbox and Slack
